1. If I supply my own file, what should I do?

Please ensure artwork is to the following specifications:

If it is a full colour job, artwork needs to be in CMYK.

Please add 3mm bleed if images/colour is running to edges of the page.

Fonts supplied or outlined text

Supply files as a high resolution PDF

2. What is the turnaround time?

Turn around time is generally based on the complexity / simplicity of your job. We can turn around urgent small run print jobs within 24hrs. Larger runs which require laminating/folding/die cutting etc.. can take 4 – 8 working days depending on quantity and finishing options.

4. How do I pay for my job?

We accept EFT, Cash, Cheque or credit card payments. (Please note Visa/Mastercard payments attract an additional 2% fee)
Jobs under $300 will need to be paid in full before we are able to commence.

5. Do you arrange delivery?

We can organise delivery to any Melbourne metro point at a nominal cost. We use multiple independent freight & courier companies which work with us to ensure your deliveries are made on time. Every time.
